Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to lorevai.com and purchases made through the website. By using the site or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced here.

1. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must have legal capacity to make a purchase in your location or use the site with an authorised parent or guardian. The site may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purposes, interference with security, malicious code, impersonation or infringement of another person's rights.

2. Product information

We work to present descriptions, sizing, materials, colour and images accurately. Screen settings, lighting, production tolerances and natural material variation may cause reasonable differences. Information is provided for shopping purposes and may be corrected when an error is identified.

3. Prices and promotions

Prices, currencies and promotions may change before an order is accepted. Shipping charges, discounts and available taxes are shown during checkout. Promotions follow their stated terms and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. We may verify payment and order details and may refuse or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or inventory error, shipping restriction or legal requirement. Amounts charged for cancelled items will be returned to the original payment method.

5. Payment

Payment is processed by the providers and methods shown at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and authorise the applicable charges.

6. Shipping

Processing, shipping fees, delivery estimates, tracking, address responsibilities and customs information are governed by the Shipping Policy. Free standard shipping applies to eligible subtotals of €35 or more; below €35, standard tracked shipping is €4.90.

7. Returns and warranty

Eligible returns are accepted within 30 days after recorded delivery under the Returns & Refunds Policy. Qualifying manufacturing defects are covered for 90 days under the Warranty Policy. These policies do not limit mandatory consumer protections.

8. Intellectual property

Website design, text, graphics, logos, photography and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be reproduced, distributed, scraped or commercially reused without permission, except where law expressly allows.

9. Third-party services

Payments, delivery, analytics and other functions may be provided by third parties. Their services can be subject to separate terms and availability. Links to external websites are provided for convenience and do not imply control over their content.

10. Service availability

We may maintain, update, suspend or discontinue parts of the website. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, but this does not affect obligations already accepted for confirmed orders.

11. Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, indirect or unforeseeable losses are not accepted. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

12. Changes to these Terms

Terms may be updated to reflect service, legal or operational changes. The version displayed when an order is placed applies to that order unless law requires otherwise.
